In the era when our founding principal entered the legal industry to work, IBM computers, WordPerfect, Lotus 123 Software and Dictaphone transcription machines with cassette tapes were the equipment tools and technology available and relied upon.
Innovation has come a long way providing much appreciated new and faster legal tools and software. The experience however, built over decades: Hands-one manual creativity with the tools we had, absent cell phones and at-the-finger click search options, those experiences we survived and elements of quick/useful choices that were absent offer a legacy of knowledge that certainly have helped craft our team's approach in how we handle and deliver assignments of quality standard along with all other support services offered.
How PenLouLegal Services Benefit All
PENLOULEGAL launched during the COVID to service all all legal industry affiliated institutions in specified specialized specialties our legal professionals are well-versed in. PENLOULEGAL services are available seven (7) days a week year-round. We are not a Temp Agency but rather a legal support clinic readily available to assist the legal industry; namely: Attorneys, law firms, the insurance industry, government entities, corporations, academic institutions and nonprofit organizations in need of professional legal support services short term, long term, permanently and/or as needed. Our service plans are flexible.
To use our services, Registration with PENLOULEGAL is required. Upon registration, your firm will be issued a client number and our support services can begin at your request provided through Designated support staff will report to your office if required or complete work assignments remotely, engage and participate with firm staff via zoom, chat and/or in-person as the firm requires.
We travel to client(s) home, visit accident scenes, acquire case matter details and photograph; provide translation services, conduct at-home or telephone intakes and obtain investigate statements. Our services help bring solutions and financial balance to your practice by offering extended services that temp staffing do not offer along with very reasonable fee(s), with no expectations of firm benefits. Our professionals' engagement with your firm are conducted through ethical rules in compliance rules with well versed knowledge and trust and the application of lawful procedures, avoidance of conflicts on files and client matters they are assigned to work on. PENLOULEGAL services do not require firm or corporation reward to any of its professional team members with life, health, 401K and other standard benefits. We do not accept nor charge Temp Agency Fees. Your Registration with us for the timeframe you determine to use our services flexibly would sufficiently extend our professional team to attend to your firm's needs and take on assignments conflicts-free. Because the Covid epidemic or other health and current era crises continuously occupy our minds with workplace health concerns, we implore the legal industry to have responsible methods in-place and better preparation the next time Covid or another state, national, global and unanticipated crises re-surface, impacting our general health and lives. Our services are responsibly offered as alternative options to serve as back-up to your firm, corporation, legal institution for consideration. In addition to your internal office team in-place to help limit inevitable disturbances, meet deadlines when the workload on your in-house staff becomes overwhelming and we can help as and when needed.
